I think ApowerEdit is really good for beginners. The simple layout helped me a lot. I particularly enjoyed the text overlay feature. However, it sometimes crashed on longer projects. Still, I would recommend it!

I felt mixed about ApowerEdit. It’s got some great features, but I ran into a few bugs while using it, especially during longer edits. I loved the music selection, but the export took longer than expected. Reluctant to switch though.
