I can’t even explain how amazing Aura is! It’s like having a personal wellness coach in my pocket. The guided sessions are so calming. I’ve got my mom hooked too! Can’t wait to see what else they add. Total game changer!

Aura is nice! I enjoy the mix of mindfulness and relaxation techniques. The reminders keep me on track, but I found some content could be deeper. Still, it’s a great app to have and definitely worth trying!
