Checkers is a classic board game that combines strategy and skill. Players take turns moving their pieces diagonally across the board, aiming to capture their opponent's pieces by jumping over them. Capture opponent's pieces

Move your pieces diagonally to capture your opponent's pieces by jumping over them. The captured pieces are removed from the board.

King your pieces

If one of your pieces reaches the last row of the opponent's side, it becomes a king. Kings can move diagonally in any direction.

Double jump

After capturing an opponent's piece, if another capture is possible in the same turn, you must make the additional jump. This is known as a double jump.

Forfeit a piece

If a player is unable to make a legal move, they must forfeit their turn. If no legal moves are possible, the player loses the game.

Draw

If both players agree that the game cannot be won by either side, they can declare a draw. This usually happens when only kings are left on the board.

Endgame tactics

In the endgame, focus on controlling the center of the board and creating opportunities to promote your pieces to kings. Use your kings strategically to outmaneuver your opponent.
