Close All Windows

I like using Close All Windows; it's super convenient for a tidy workspace. However, missing a way to selectively keep some windows open is frustrating. It does its main job well overall.

This app does help tidy things up, but it could use some tweaks. It closes everything too quickly for my liking; I lost a window I didn't mean to! But it's nice for a quick clear-up when needed.
