I have mixed feelings about CPU-Z Portable. While it's informative and gives lots of data, I encountered some glitches. I wish there was better support for newcomers. It works fine for now, but I hope to see improvements in future updates!

This app is the best thing I've found for checking my CPU! The real-time data is awesome, and everything loads so quickly. I was totally blown away by the features! It's seriously like magic, haha! Grateful to have this gem in my toolkit.
