I think EliteToolbar Remover is good for the most part. It got rid of the major toolbars, but I found a couple that didn’t go away completely. I’d give it a shot if you’re struggling!

EliteToolbar Remover has potential! It did clear some unwanted toolbars but missed a couple. I wish it offered more support for issues. Still, it’s not a bad tool overall. Just a bit let down.
