I think Free Icon Studio is decent, but it lacks some icons that I hoped to find. The editing tools are great, though. I would probably use it again for specific projects, but I’m not entirely sold.

Mixed feelings, honestly. While I loved the design options, I found some features a bit confusing to use. It can be frustrating when things don’t work as expected, but it’s not a terrible app either.
