I really like how intuitive Hotspot Shield is to use! Streaming Netflix is no problem at all. The connection is stable. I have had some minor issues with reconnects, but nothing too annoying. Overall, decent!

It's an alright VPN. Hotspot Shield works well most times, but I've had some slow speeds when connecting to servers. The overall security is comforting, but I’d like to see improvements in connection stability.
