I’m feeling a bit neutral about ICQ. It’s overall fun to use, but there are consistent bugs that ruin the experience. I appreciate the effort they've put in, but they’ve got some work to do for sure!

ICQ is decent but not without its flaws. I like the overall layout and features, but sometimes it takes ages to load new messages, which can be frustrating. Still, it’s a fun app for the most part!
