The Copper Cape Quest in Minecraft is concluding soon, and Mojang has detailed three methods to obtain the Copper Cape.
In-Game Method
Players can unlock the Copper Cape in-game by placing a copper statue. This involves fully oxidizing a Copper Golem, picking it up, and placing it again, or using Creative Mode to spawn one. This method is available until 2025-10-20 at 10:00 PDT.
Watch-To-Earn Method
For those not actively playing the game, the cape can be earned by watching five minutes of Minecraft content on Twitch from Affiliate or Partner channels, or three minutes on TikTok via Game Reward-enabled streams. This method remains available until 2025-11-19.
TwitchCon Collection
Attendees of TwitchCon San Diego between 2025-10-17 and 2025-10-19 can collect a physical code for the Copper Cape. The code must be redeemed before 2025-11-19. The event has already had notable engagement, with over 75 million golems built and more than 500 million items organized.
