O&O ShutUp10++ is a powerful customization tool for Windows 10 and Windows 11, allowing users to easily enable or disable system functions with a single click. The application organizes settings into categories like Privacy, Activity History and Clipboard, App Privacy, Security, Edge, Office, Windows Settings Sync, Cortana, Location Services, User Behavior, Windows Update, Explorer, Defender, Lock Screen, and Miscellaneous. Under Privacy, you can turn off Ad ID, suggestions, biometric options, and error data sending to Microsoft. You can also disable camera and microphone access, activity tracking in apps, and other privacy-invading functions. In Activity History and Clipboard, you can stop the system from keeping a history of copied items. Security settings allow you to disable telemetry, preventing Microsoft from collecting your activity data. Although you can disable Windows Update, it is not recommended due to security risks. Each option comes with a detailed description and advice on whether to disable it. You can also create a system restore point to revert changes if needed.
