CISA Adds Microsoft COM Vulnerability to Exploited List, Agencies Must Act

The U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has added a significant Microsoft COM for Windows vulnerability, CVE-2018-0824, to its Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog. This vulnerability, with a CVSS score of 7.5, allows remote code execution and must be addressed by federal agencies by August 26, 2024.
