This tool is absolutely amazing! I was at my wit's end, and now I can access my documents again! Kudos to the designers for making something so easy to use! Life saver!

It was a mixed bag for me. On one hand, I accessed my PST, but on the other, the process had its ups and downs. It works, but I feel it could be more reliable in the long run.
