Zendesk expands collaboration with Meta by launching Relay, an outbound customer messaging app on the Zendesk Marketplace. Relay enables businesses to message customers via WhatsApp and SMS. Zendesk also launches a venture arm to invest in early-stage AI startups, committing tens of millions of dollars.
