Shareaza is a desktop peer-to-peer client that lets you search, queue and manage transfers across several networks from a single Windows or Android interface. The app connects to Gnutella, Gnutella2, eDonkey and other common P2P protocols, offering advanced search filters, metadata handling and simultaneous connections to speed up transfers. The integrated media library and player make it easy to preview audio and video without leaving the app, and the lightweight UI keeps common actions within quick reach. Key tools in the latest release include multi-network search, selective downloading, bandwidth scheduling and IP filtering for safer sharing. The shareaza media player supports basic playback and format detection, while the library indexes items for fast sorting and tagging. If you want guidance, sections on how to use shareaza explain search tips, managing queues and optimizing settings. Whether you need robust searching or a single place to organize incoming files, download shareaza to get a flexible, Windows-focused P2P client with useful controls and a modern interface.

I’m a bit torn about Shareaza. The music library is extensive, and I’ve found some great artists, but the app isn’t very user-friendly. I hope they improve it soon. It’s not all bad, just needs some tweaks. I’m cautious but hopeful.
