I’ve had a good time with Spyware Doctor. It’s found several spyware issues and cleaned them. However, the customer support could be faster, that’s my only downside.

Pretty good app overall! I like how it can run scans in the background without interrupting me. Just feel it could have a better interface, but it does the job well. Happy with it, tho!
