It's been hit or miss with SuteF for me. The workouts can be really fun, but occasionally I find them too tough. Not sure if I’d recommend it unless you're super experienced!

I like SuteF, but I have mixed feelings. While I appreciate the workout variety, I think the app can be overwhelming at times. It definitely has potential if a few things are improved!
