UP is literally the best! The way it tracks everything—sleep, steps, food—is SO helpful! I went from being lazy to actually excited about working out. It feels fantastic! Just download it already! Can’t say enough good things!
I think UP is decent. It has some great features like step counting and meal logging. But, it also has some bugs, and the user interface can be a bit tricky. It’s good, just not as perfect as I’d hoped. Still, it's helping me!
