WebM for IE9 reviews

I had a somewhat decent experience with WebM for IE9. It plays videos, but occasionally it freezes. I appreciate the effort put into it, though – hoping for future updates to fix these kinks!

I think WebM for IE9 is okay. It plays videos fairly well, but I noticed some buffering issues sometimes. The layout is decent too, but it could be a lot smoother. Not bad but could be improved!
