You can build a Nether Portal in Minecraft PE by creating a rectangular frame with obsidian blocks, at least 4 blocks tall and 5 blocks wide. Light the portal using flint and steel. Ensure you have enough obsidian and you're doing it correctly; if it still doesn't work, there might be a bug or you might be in an older version that doesn't support Nether Portals.

To build an igloo in Minecraft PE, gather snow blocks and create a circular base of about 7 blocks in diameter. Build up the walls and gradually curve them inward to form a dome. Leave space for a door and an interior. You can also add a bed, furnace, and crafting table inside. For added realism, create a small ice window or a secret basement.

In Creative mode PE, you can build an End Portal by arranging 12 End Portal Frame blocks in a 4x4 square, leaving out the corners. Make sure the green tabs are facing inward. Then, place an Eye of Ender into each frame. The portal will activate when all frames are filled correctly. Ensure you're placing the blocks from inside the frame to align them properly.

To copy and paste buildings in Minecraft PE, you'll need a third-party app or add-on that supports this feature, such as MCEdit or the 'Clone' command in newer updates. Select the area you want to copy, note the coordinates, use the copy command, and then paste it in the desired location by providing the new coordinates. Ensure you have the proper permissions to use these tools.

To build a Wither Boss in Minecraft PE, place 4 blocks of Soul Sand or Soul Soil in a 'T' shape: 1 block on the ground and 3 blocks on top. Then, place 3 Wither Skeleton Skulls on top of the three upper blocks. The Wither Boss will spawn after placing the last skull. Ensure you have enough space and are prepared for a tough battle, as the Wither is a powerful enemy.
