Repair IE

The repair was good, my phone is back to normal, but I feel like they could really improve on keeping customers in the loop during the repair process. I wouldn’t say it was bad, just a few tweaks needed!

Had a good experience overall! Their staff was helpful and fixed my laptop in just a few days. I especially loved how they kept me updated throughout the process. Would recommend it! Only wish they had weekend hours.

Just got my laptop back and wow, they made it feel brand new! Super fast service and everyone was so nice. My email and files were all intact too. I can’t stop smiling! Sure beats those other repair shops.

Mixed feelings after getting my gaming console fixed. It works fine now, but the staff seemed a bit rushed and I didn’t feel super informed about the repair steps. Overall, not bad but some improvements needed.

So, I had my phone screen replaced here, and while it looks awesome, I felt it could have been done faster. They did a good job but communication could be better. Not saying I won’t return, just was a bit off.
