Shiro Games has launched Northgard: Definitive Edition, incorporating major DLC and new content. This edition includes the base game, the Cross of Vidar expansion, and additional clans with unique traits.
Expanded Features and Content
The Definitive Edition offers a comprehensive package, featuring post-Ragnarök campaigns and three distinct clans: the Clan of the Snake, the Clan of the Dragon, and the Clan of the Horse focusing on warchiefs Brok and Eitria. A new Valhalla-themed biome is available for colonization, and several biomes from Bifröst mode are now accessible in other game modes.
Players can explore a reworked in-game shop and a digital artbook and gallery. Existing players will receive all expansions and extras as a free update.
Pricing and Offer
To attract new players, Shiro Games offers a 60% discount on Northgard: Definitive Edition until 2023-12-18, reducing its price from $35 (£29.50) to $14 (£11.80). Northgard has sold over five million copies and has been critically acclaimed since its launch.
