Supervive Season 2, developed by Theorycraft Games, is set to launch on 2025-10-22, aiming to revitalize its competitive edge and increase player accessibility. The update brings significant changes and new features to the game.
New Competitive Modes and Features
Theorycraft Games plans to pilot new competitive modes in Supervive Season 2. Executive Producer Jess Nam emphasized a focus on making the game more competitive for a wider audience. The first trial mode, a 2v2 Tournament Mode, will offer players a fresh arena-style experience.
Additionally, the game will introduce over a dozen new Armory items. These items will be automatically awarded to players, leveling the playing field and eliminating the grind associated with previous versions. A new battle pass and ranked season are also part of the update.
Community Engagement and Support
The studio is expanding its support for Supervive community tournaments. These events will receive increased visibility through Twitch livestreams and in-client promotion. A new custom games browser will facilitate the creation and joining of custom lobbies, further enriching player interaction.
Theorycraft Games has also established the Vive Council, which includes high ELO players, to provide feedback on game balance. This initiative aims to ensure that gameplay remains fair and competitive.
Patch Release and Upcoming Details
Season 2's full patch notes will be available on 2025-10-21, with more system changes to be discussed in an upcoming fireside chat. These efforts reflect Theorycraft Games' commitment to addressing player feedback and evolving Supervive into a more engaging and accessible MOBA experience.
