Pahdo Labs, Backed by Top Investors, to Release Starlight Re:volver in 2025

In an exciting development within the gaming industry, a collective of former employees from renowned companies such as Capcom, Ubisoft, WayForward, and Riot Games has come together to establish a new studio named Pahdo Labs. This fresh venture has already garnered significant backing from prominent investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Global Founders Capital, and BoxGroup.

Pahdo Labs is currently focused on creating a co-op roguelike action RPG titled Starlight Re:volver. The announcement of this title was made earlier this week, with plans for an Early Access release slated for 2025. The studio is led by CEO Daniel Zou, who previously held a position at Robinhood. Joining him is Alijah Ladd, a veteran from Ubisoft, taking on the role of creative director, while Asleigh Hetrick, formerly of WayForward, serves as the art director.
