New Map and Community Event
The update introduces Stella Montis, a map characterized by its cold and mysterious atmosphere. Unlike typical map releases, players must pool resources to rebuild tunnels to this new locale. Throughout the event, players earn Merits, which help unlock both the map's release timing and a Phase 2 progression line of rewards, available until December.
Additional Features and Gameplay Enhancements
Embark Studios enriches gameplay with new adversaries. The Matriarch and the Shredder present unique challenges, with the latter exclusive to Stella Montis. New equipment, such as the Energy Burst Battle Rifle and several types of Jumpmines, expands strategy options.
Players will also gain new playstyles, Lone Wolf and Trailblazer, to diversify their tactics. Additionally, a duo queue feature enhances team dynamics by facilitating dual engagements in lobbies.
Update Timing and Cosmetic Changes
North Line officially launches on Thursday, 2025-11-13, at 1:30am PT / 4:30am ET / 9:30am GMT. Accompanying the release, Embark Studios plans to reduce prices on select cosmetic items, offering a more affordable range for players seeking customization options.
