Finji has released CorgiSpace, a collection of 8-bit arcade and puzzle games built in the PICO-8 engine, now available for PC and Mac at $4.99. This launch introduces players to a mix of arcade and logic challenges.
Game Collection Features
Players can explore more than a dozen small games in CorgiSpace, each designed for sessions under an hour. The collection comprises various genres including arcade, action, and puzzles. Notable titles include Kuiper Cargo—a puzzle focusing on delivering cargo, and Rat Dreams—a top-down souls-like featuring intense dodge rolls.
The collection also includes developer diaries, offering insights on the creation process, and select games allow progress saving. Other games, such as Mole Mole (a sokoban-style puzzle) and Dino Sort (a logic-based dinosaur puzzle), add diversity to the gameplay experience.
CorgiJam Game Jam
To celebrate the launch, Finji announced 'CorgiJam', a game development event running from 2025-12-10 to 2026-01-11. Enthusiasts are invited to create PICO-8 games inspired by CorgiSpace. The event will conclude with a live stream featuring Finji team members and guests on 2026-01-19, showcasing and commenting on different entries.
