Brigador Killers, the much-anticipated sequel to Stellar Jockeys' Brigador, takes a significant turn by combining elements from Syndicate and early Grand Theft Auto. This new entry emphasizes on-foot missions as players navigate tactical operations.
Gameplay Evolution and Features
Unlike its predecessor, which focused heavily on mech combat, Brigador Killers introduces a protagonist who rises from obscurity to challenge powerful foes. The game offers a mix of mission types from the strategic hub known as the Garage. Players can embark on salvage runs to enhance their arsenal and engage in tactical combat missions allowing for stealthy takedowns.
Vehicles maintain their importance in gameplay, with options to commandeer tuktuks and dune buggies. Mechs, however, are more prominent in later stages, providing an exciting progression.
Current Availability and Access
Brigador Killers is currently available in an in-development version on itch.io for $25. The release date for the Steam version remains unannounced.
By incorporating these dynamic elements, Brigador Killers offers a fresh take on the isometric shooter genre, appealing to fans of strategy and action alike.
