Kinetic Games has released Nell's Diner, a new small map for Phasmophobia, enhancing accessibility for solo players. Despite its five-year early access phase, Phasmophobia continues to expand with new content.
Features of Nell's Diner
Nell's Diner, unveiled at a recent launch event by Kinetic Games, features 13 rooms, 11 capable of being ghost rooms. This map includes interactive features such as a cash bell and throws eggs functionalities. The design excludes basements and attics, appealing to those preferring single-floor maps.
Map Strategy and Future Plans
CEO Daniel Knight emphasized that the smaller structure of Nell's Diner, akin to the popular Tanglewood map, is deliberate. The company's strategy involves adapting larger maps like the high school and prison into smaller, restricted versions. This move aims to make expansive maps appealing to solo players, similar to Sunny Meadows Restricted. Knight expressed openness to future collaborations and potential new large maps.
