Microsoft is introducing its Xbox Full Screen Experience (FSE) to MSI Claw handheld devices as part of the Windows 11 Insider Preview Build.
Expansion to MSI Claw
The Xbox FSE, which recently launched on Xbox Ally devices, is now available on MSI Claw through the Windows 11 Insider program. While this offers new functionality, users may want to wait until the feature is fully refined and available outside the Insider program.
To activate Xbox FSE on supported devices: navigate to Settings > Gaming > Fullscreen experience and select Xbox as your home app. This setting allows access to FSE via Task View and Game Bar, with the option for automatic full screen on startup.
Broader Handheld Support
According to Microsoft, additional OEMs will soon enable Xbox FSE on their devices. Lenovo's Legion Go 2 is confirmed to receive support soon. Microsoft aims to broaden its presence in the handheld gaming market.
