Arc Raiders Update: Key Quest Mechanics Explained

08 Nov 2025

The popular game Arc Raiders has introduced a detailed quest known as What We Left Behind, featuring challenging stages in unique locations.

Quest Details and Locations

Players begin the What We Left Behind quest by speaking with the in-game character, Tian Wen. The quest entails completing matches in three distinct areas: Buried City, Spaceport, and Dam Battlegrounds.

  • Buried City: Players must search two containers in the Raider camp beneath the Parking Lot. Key actions include accessing an electronic door in the Parking Garage POI.
  • Spaceport: Quest items are found in Bilguun's Hideout, with a focus on the Container Storage POI where players collect notes and identifiers.
  • Dam Battlegrounds: In this area, players must locate a yellow item identifier in a box at the South Swamp Outpost's main building.

Rewards and Subsequent Quests

Successfully completing the What We Left Behind quest unlocks the Broken Monument quest and provides valuable rewards, including a gun, a mod, and ammo. These items aid in crafting superior gear.

Players are advised to utilize past quest rewards to enhance their gear and make strategic use of skill points before engaging in this new content.
