Frostpunk 2 is set to make its debut this Friday, September 20th, and the early reviews are painting a promising picture for this highly anticipated title. With a current Metacritic score of 85, the game is generating excitement among fans of the genre. However, for those eager to experience it on Xbox Series X and S, there’s a bit of a wait ahead, as the console version won’t be available until 2025.

While the Xbox release may be delayed, the focus on the PC version reveals a wealth of positive feedback from critics. The game has been described as a “society survival game” that challenges players to navigate complex decisions while managing their communities.
