Launch Red Dead on Netflix Games, Consoles December 2025

Rockstar Games will release Red Dead Redemption on Netflix Games, iOS, Android, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Switch 2. The launch date is set for 2025-12-02.

Platform and Content Details

The release includes the base game, the Undead Nightmare DLC, and additional content from the Game of the Year Edition. Netflix subscribers can access the full mobile port on iOS and Android starting 2025-12-04. This version features adapted controls for mobile screens and will be free for subscribers, with potential in-app purchases available.

Console versions on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S will feature 60 FPS, HDR, and up to 4K resolution. Nintendo Switch 2 will support 60 FPS at high resolution, as well as DLSS and HDR, with mouse control compatibility.

Upgrade and Compatibility

Existing owners on PS4, Xbox One, and the original Nintendo Switch will receive free digital upgrades, with the ability to transfer saved data. The new versions are developed in collaboration with Double Eleven and Cast Iron Games. Red Dead Redemption will also be part of the GTA+ Games Library and PlayStation Plus Game Catalogue.
