App Features and Integration
The Sycamore Parent App consolidates multiple features into one platform. Parents can pay school fees via ACH or credit card and access payment history and balances. The app also provides live updates on attendance and grades, accessible through intuitive class and assignment filters.
Other features include flexible payment options, self-serve statements, and role-based access controls. Notifications are designed to reduce late payments by informing users of fees and deadlines promptly.
Security and Support
Sycamore Payments uses Stripe and PayPal, both Level 1 PCI Service Providers, ensuring secure handling of payment data. The app integrates with Sycamore's school system, providing real-time updates from teachers and administrators, reducing the need for support inquiries.
According to Cathy Mulligan, Technical Director at St. Therese School, the app is notable for its seamless Google integration, robust technical support, and tailored configurations for individual schools.
Availability and Reach
The Sycamore Parent App supports schools across the United States and over 40 countries. It became available globally on 2026-01-15. Parents can download the app by searching "Sycamore Parent App" on their device's app store.
