Qobuz has launched its new app for Android TV, now available on the Google Play Store. The app brings Qobuz's full hi-res and lossless music catalog directly to televisions, working seamlessly across Google TV and older Android TV devices.
Features and Compatibility
The new Qobuz app enables users to browse albums, playlists, editorial picks, favorites, and personalized recommendations with a layout optimized for larger screens. Music streams in CD-quality or hi-res audio, depending on the user's setup. Introduced in March, the Qobuz Connect feature allows streaming directly from the app to compatible hi-fi devices without needing Bluetooth or third-party apps. Users can control playback from their phones or tablets while the music plays through the TV.
