We’re always enhancing its capabilities, including upcoming live threat detection to help combat obfuscation and anti-evasion techniques,” the company stated. They emphasized that Android users benefit from automatic protection against known versions of this malware, as Google Play Protect is typically enabled by default on devices with Google Play Services.
