Step 1A: Install Fortnite on iOS (Europe Only)
According to Epic’s blog post, Fortnite on iOS is only available in Europe for the time being. That means the Katalina skin is available exclusively to European iOS product owners. For those residents, you can follow the steps below to install the Fortnite app on iOS before learning how to get the Katalina skin:
- First, install the Epic Games Store app. Ensure you meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must pass Apple’s region check for European Union customers.
- Your device must be on iOS 17.6 or higher.
- You must be using the Safari browser.
- If you meet those requirements, head to this website and press the “Get it on iPhone” button.
- Press “Continue.”

These are all XP-driven Quests, so all you have to do is play Fortnite on iOS and/or Android while earning XP. Here is a list of the Quests and what cosmetics you’ll receive:
- Earn 25,000 XP to unlock the Tactical Kat Wrap.
- Earn 50,000 XP to unlock the Kat Claws Pickaxe.
- Earn 75,000 XP to unlock the Katalina’s Kit Bag Back Bling.
- Earn 100,000 XP to unlock the Katalina Outfit.
