I think CCleaner does a basic job, but it leaves some old files behind. It’s easy to use, but I always feel like something’s not quite right after a clean. Wouldn't recommend as a sole option, but still useful.

Pretty impressed with CCleaner! My system seems snappier, and I love how it handles the startup programs. Although, it does miss a few files sometimes. Still, worth having and would recommend it!
