Continued Access via Mobile and Web
Despite the shutdown of messenger.com, users can continue to access messaging services via the Messenger mobile app on iOS and Android, or through Facebook's web platform. Desktop users are advised to back up important conversations and ensure they have their Facebook login details ready.
