Buying Properties

Players can buy properties to build houses and hotels, increasing rent and earning more money from opponents.

Collecting Rent

When opponents land on your property, they must pay rent to you based on the property's value and any developments on it.

Chance and Community Chest Cards

Drawing these cards can result in various outcomes such as paying fines, receiving money, or moving to a different space on the board.

Jail

Players can be sent to jail for landing on the 'Go to Jail' space, rolling doubles three times in a row, or drawing a 'Go to Jail' card.

Trading Properties

Players can negotiate and trade properties with each other to complete color sets and increase their chances of winning.

Bankruptcy

If a player cannot afford to pay rent, taxes, or fines, they must declare bankruptcy and leave the game, with their properties going to the bank.

Choose the auction and forced-sale rules.
