To solve the Northern Vow Ruins puzzle, players must push symbol blocks in the precise order: 漂, 百, and then 移. This sequence forms a phrase, with each character indicating a position on either the left or right wall.
- Left Wall: Push 漂 to display 山 河 寸 土.
- Right Wall: Push 百 followed by 移 to display 誓 死 不 易.
If any mistake occurs, players can retract the blocks and refer back to the clue phrase by pressing L.
Progress and Next Steps
Solving the wall puzzle unlocks a door to continue the quest, where players loot a chest and encounter a waterwheel puzzle. Behind a waterfall, interacting with a stone pedestal opens another door leading to additional treasures, including Echo Jades.
After completing these puzzles, players must talk with the character Lie Buxi located by the river northeast of the Northern Vow Ruins. Returning to the ruins later allows players to converse with men by the secret entrance underground, advancing the quest further.
