To install voices for Balabolka, you need to download and install SAPI-5 voices. First, find a suitable voice pack online, such as those from Microsoft or other providers like Cepstral. Download and run the installer for the voice pack, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Once installed, the voices will be available for selection within Balabolka.

To use Balabolka, start by opening the program and loading a text file by clicking 'File' and then 'Open'. You can also paste text directly into the program. To hear the text read aloud, select a voice from the top dropdown menu, adjust the speech rate if necessary, and click the 'Play' button. Balabolka offers various customization options under 'Settings' to adjust the voice, pitch, and volume.
