To get out of the Depths in Dark Souls, follow these steps: 1. Find a path to the large open area filled with water where you encounter Basilisks. 2. Locate the door leading to an upward staircase. 3. Ascend the stairs, proceed through the next area avoiding pitfalls. 4. Eventually, you will reach a giant rat; defeat it or bypass it. 5. Find the door behind the rat, leading to Blighttown key. Proceed through the door and you will find yourself back to the surface through Undead Burg.
