To put a Windows Media Player shortcut on your desktop, follow these steps: 1. Press the Windows key and type 'Windows Media Player' in the search box. 2. In the new window, right-click on 'Windows Media Player' and choose 'Send to' > 'Desktop (create shortcut)'. This will place a shortcut icon on your desktop.
