Techland Shifts to On-Site or Hybrid Working Model
Dying Light developer Techland is making significant changes to its working setup, moving towards a primarily on-site or hybrid model. According to reports from Polish outlet CD Action, the company is no longer allowing staff to work from home. Employees based abroad are also being asked to come into the office for eight days out of every two months, with managers receiving less than 24 hours notice of the shift.
In a statement to GI.biz, a representative for Techland explained that the decision was driven by a desire to enhance collaboration within the team.
The statement also emphasized that employees can still request home office days as needed, and that the company is committed to supporting individuals through the transition.
