To use Inventoria Stock Manager, start by setting up your business details and adding your inventory items, including descriptions, quantities, and prices. You can organize items into categories for easier management. Use the 'Orders' tab to track purchases and sales, and set up automatic order points to maintain stock levels. Generate reports to monitor inventory performance and use the web access feature for remote management.

To link Inventoria to Express Invoice, open Inventoria and go to 'Web Access'. Enable web access and note the IP address and port number. In Express Invoice, go to 'Options' and select the 'Inventoria Integration' tab. Enter the IP address and port number from Inventoria, along with any required login credentials. Save the settings, and your Inventoria stock levels will be automatically updated with the transactions from Express Invoice.

To integrate Copper POS with Inventoria, open Inventoria and go to 'Web Access'. Enable web access and take note of the IP address and port number. In Copper POS, navigate to 'Options' then 'Inventoria Integration'. Enter the IP address and port number from Inventoria, along with your login details. Once configured, Copper POS will automatically update inventory levels in Inventoria with each sale processed.

To link Inventoria to Copper, open Inventoria and navigate to 'Web Access'. Enable web access and record the IP address and port number. In Copper, go to 'Options', then 'Inventoria Integration'. Enter the IP address and port number from Inventoria along with your login credentials. Save the settings, and Copper will sync with Inventoria to reflect real-time inventory changes.

To link Inventoria to Express Accounts, first enable web access in Inventoria by navigating to 'Web Access' and noting the IP address and port number. Then, open Express Accounts and go to 'Options'. Select the 'Inventoria Integration' tab and enter the IP address and port number from Inventoria along with your login credentials. Save the settings, and Express Accounts will update automatically with inventory levels from Inventoria.
