Strategic Growth and Vision

In a significant move that underscores its ambition in the gaming industry, Singaporean co-development powerhouse Virtuos has officially entered the UK market with its acquisition of Third Kind Games. This Leamington Spa-based studio, established in 2016 by seasoned veterans from Activision, boasts a talented team that has contributed to renowned titles such as Fable, Far Cry 5, Forza Horizon, and the F1 series.

Currently employing over 70 professionals, Third Kind Games has set its sights on doubling its workforce within the next two years. Rav Tharanee, the chief strategy officer of Third Kind, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are delighted to join forces with Virtuos, one of the largest and most globally recognised co-development partners of video games. This marks an exciting new chapter for Third Kind Games, enabling us to continue our growth and take on new and exciting triple-A projects alongside Virtuos, while continuing to nurture the innovative, creative vision that has always been at the core of our identity.”

Tharanee further emphasized the studio’s pride in becoming Virtuos’ first operation in the UK, highlighting their commitment to expanding the company’s global footprint and exploring new horizons in gaming innovation.

Christophe Gandon, the Managing Director of Virtuos Western, echoed these sentiments, noting the shared vision that has driven the co-founders of Third Kind Games to success in one of the world’s most competitive game development environments. “They have built a portfolio of homegrown and global AAA IPs over eight years,” Gandon remarked. “We are excited to accelerate the expansion of their co-development capabilities, which are in high demand alongside gamers’ growing demand for content, and to continue growing in key markets to be closer to our clients.”

Is there a second book to Fable?

Yes, there is a second book to "Fable" called "Namesake." "Namesake" is the sequel to Adrienne Young's novel "Fable" and continues the story of the young trader and adventurer Fable as she navigates new challenges and dangers in a high seas adventure.

Fable which book has the key?

In Adrienne Young's novel "Fable," the specific detail of which book contains a 'key' is not prominently featured as a central plot point across the series. If you are referring to a metaphorical key to the story's understanding or a pivotal element, the first book, "Fable," sets up the essential groundwork with all the necessary story elements to unlock the entire narrative.
