Microsoft has acknowledged that the Windows Insider Program Settings page in Windows 11 and 10 is currently facing connectivity problems. Instead of displaying the usual options, users are greeted with a message stating, “We can’t reach the Windows Insider Program right now. Please try again later or check the forums for info.”

Server Side Hiccups

This issue seems to be on the server side, indicating that a resolution should not require any action from users. Despite this hiccup, users should still be able to download and install updates if Microsoft releases any while working on fixing the settings page.

The official Windows Insider Program Twitter account confirmed the problem, assuring users that no changes are needed on their devices and that operating system updates will not be affected by this issue.

There is currently no timeline for when the problem will be resolved. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available or when the issue is fixed.

Recent Update Pullback

On a related note, Microsoft recently pulled the latest non-security optional update for Windows 11 due to compatibility issues with virtualization software. While this may not impact most home users, Windows 10 users are not affected and can still access optional fixes, including patches for the taskbar and jump lists.
