To disable Blizzard Arena Frames in Legion, you can use an addon like 'Blizzard Arena Frames - Disabler.' Download and install the addon through your preferred addon manager. Once installed, the addon will automatically disable the default Blizzard Arena Frames. Alternatively, you can use the '/daf' command in-game to toggle the frames on or off.

Arena rating in Legion works by matching teams of similar ratings against each other in Player vs. Player (PvP) combat. Winning matches increases your rating, while losing decreases it. The matchmaking system uses a hidden Matchmaking Rating (MMR) to pair teams. Higher ratings open access to better PvP gear and rewards.
