To get to the Moonlight Altar in Elden Ring, you first need to complete the Ranni's questline. You'll face challenges in places like Caria Manor and Nokron, Eternal City. After finding the Fingerslayer Blade and giving it to Ranni, you'll unlock the Tower of Liurnia and Renna's Rise, which teleports you to the Ainsel River Main.
