To speed up playback in Sibelius, you can adjust the tempo. Go to the 'Text' tab, select 'Tempo' and click where you want the tempo change to begin. Type in the desired tempo (e.g., 'q = 120'). Another method is using the Transport Panel: click on 'Play' > 'Transport', then adjust the tempo slider. For more precise control, use the metronome icon or enter the tempo markings as text.

To notate a flam in Sibelius, you can use the Grace Note tool. Select the note before which you want the flam to appear, then go to 'Create' > 'Note' > 'Grace Note (Acciaccatura)'. Another way is to select the note, press the semicolon key to add a grace note, and then adjust the pitch and spacing as needed. Make sure to position the grace note close enough to the main note to indicate the flam.
